"Robertstown Primary School - Quiz Night"

On Friday night, 13th June 2003, the Robertstown Primary School conducted a Quiz Night at the Robertstown Peace Hall to raise funds for the School.

There was a "THEME" named for the night, due to the event being held on "Friday the 13th" and for those who wished to dress appropriately for the occasion were judged, with prizes for the winner/s.

The evening commenced with Mrs Rosy Tapscott, Principal, welcoming everybody and explaining the proceedings for the night. She was also the "Quizmaster", as the person that was going to do it was sick and could not attend.

There were 16 tables of people, who were anxious to test their knowledge and be winners for the night.

During the night, an abundance of competitions were conducted, with prizes being given to all of the winners.

Numerous businesses from around the area donated prizes, which was gratefully accepted in assisting the school.

The following is a list of those who sponsored the Quiz Night: (Not in any Special Order)

The winners on the night were the "Ambos" table, with 97 points. This table consisted of Volunteer Ambulance Officers and family members within the SA Ambulance Service - Eudunda & District, which was organised by Pastor James Janetzki, a member of the Primary School Council Committee and a Volunteer Ambulance Officer.

The night concluded with Mr. Greg Kotz - Chairperson - Robertstown Primary School thanking all of those who attended, the Organisers, Scorers, Quizmaster, Winners, Child Minders and any one else who assisted in making the night very successful.
