The aim of the Telecentre are to provide a computer facility, for the training and use of the people of the Robertstown & Point Pass area, which will allow them economical access to the internet and to take advantage of computer technology for their home or business needs.

The centre is managed by the Robertstown War Memorial Community Centre Inc. and has a part time paid Administrator and a team of Volunteers to do the work.

The current Administrator is Carlene Heinrich. She is no stranger to the building, as she worked there for many years for the District Council of Robertstown as the Receptionist.

The current Volunteers are:

Terri Kendall	Specialises in Desktop design & printing
Adrian Menzel	Webmaster for the Robertstown Web Site
Kym Schaefer	Assistant Webmaster for the Robertstown Web Site
Lyn Launer	Competent with most functions
Brian (Simmo) Schmidt	Music reproduction - LP's to CD
Jenny Colbey	Trainee

"Friends of the Centre. - All Persons within the community can purchase a Membership for $5 which entitles them to 10% discount on all TELECENTRE SERVICES, excluding photocopying.

The Telecentre can also help you with :

Use of the computers for anything available
Using the Internet for browsing, email or chatting online
Photocopying
Receiving and sending Facsimiles
Designing and Printing Business Cards
Designing and Printing Greeting Cards
Laminating any items
Scanning and printing photos
Setting up and using spreadsheets or accounting programs
Training courses in computer related subjects
Setting up and using databases
Printing flyers, letters, or certificates & stubby holders
Setting up an internet connection
Paying your RBE Internet fees
Sale of some computer consumables and papers
Agents for BankSA
Centrelink Access Point
Drop off centre for minor works for the Regional Council of Goyder
